Rexarank provides digital marketing services including but not limited to: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Marketing, Web Development, Content Marketing, PPC Advertising, and Email Marketing.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information about your business
Grant necessary access to your website and analytics accounts
Respond promptly to our requests for information or approvals
Pay all fees as outlined in your service agreement
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

All payments are due as specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your contract.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and materials created by Rexarank remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership transfers to the client as specified in the service agreement.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not share your confidential business information with third parties, except as required by law or to deliver our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rexarank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the previous 12 months.

8. Service Guarantees

While we strive to deliver exceptional results, we cannot guarantee specific rankings or ROI due to the dynamic nature of search engines and markets. However, we guarantee 100% ethical, white-hat SEO practices.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in your contract. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately.

10. Modifications to Terms

Rexarank reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
